Monthly Tuition is based on the total number of weeks in the school year. This amount is then divided into nine equal payments. The first payment is Due by July 1 and is a deposit. It will be applied to the last month of school. The remaining 8 payments are due the first class of each month, September - April.
Registration Fee due at time of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Returning Families: $125 for first child; $100 for second child
New Families: $150 for first child; $125 for second childSupply / Activity Fee (once annually) covers insurance, onsite field trips, and art supplies.
Payment Policies, Due Dates, and Enrollment Information
Tuition payments are due the first class of every month. Payment may be made by check, cash, debit and credit card or through Tuition Express.
Please make checks payable to Parkwood Baptist WEE Center. Write the child’s name and what the check is for in the memo line.
A 3% convenience charge will be applied if paying by Credit or Debit card
Late Payment Fee: A $15 fee will be assessed on Tuition payments received after the first week of each month.
Returned check fee: All returned checks are subject to a fee of $25
Withdrawals: Withdrawals between September 1, 2024 and February 28, 2025 require a 30-day written notice to receive a refund of your tuition deposit. Deposits will not be refunded for any withdrawals on or after March 1, 2025.

Health form: Prior to your child's enrollment, please complete this Health Form. The WEE Center requires that your child is immunized and receives a comprehensive physical examination before entering school.
